Defiance’s only Cocktail Lawn is open to the public featuring wine flights and locally crafted beer, as well as specialty mocktails, a huge selection of bourbons and Italian sodas. Our food changes with the season as we incorporate fresh, local ingredients into our salads and sandwiches. Our flat-breads are made with real cheese and no anti-caking ingredients. We specially craft our smorgasbords, charcuteries and local cheese plates; many made with locally produced cheese and slow cured meats.
There is a membership OPTION if you would like first chance on reservations and tickets for special events we are planning such as Bordeaux Night and other special offerings.
